I am Chikodi Lori, founder of Lineage Leadership. I’ve seen firsthand how practical, outcome-focused leadership development transforms teams, organizations, and careers.

Leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about transformation from the inside out. I help managers and emerging leaders navigate tough conversations, bridge communication gaps, and lead effectively across different experience levels.

I help managers and emerging leaders build trust and strengthen teams through talks, workshops, and coaching programs that turn personal growth into measurable impact.

A global community of leaders bringing clarity, accountability, and inspiration to every team.

Working across different generations, both with patients and colleagues, can be challenging. This has helped me communicate more effectively, adapt my approach, and build stronger connections across diverse groups.

It also shifted how I think about change as a leader. I've experienced situations where I resisted change, only to later realise the value it brought. It reinforced the importance of listening, staying flexible, and recognising that leadership isn't about having all the answers, but being open to growth and different perspectives."
